Running Late hands you a deck of absurd excuse cards—alien abductions, spontaneous street fairs, a particularly persuasive pigeon—and challenges you to weave three of them into a believable story each day. The catch: every card locks in a detail, and your boss will grill you on the specifics.

Contradictions end your run. Claim you drove, then mention a subway delay? The boss slaps a red CONTRADICTION stamp on your desk and your credibility evaporates. String together wild yet internally consistent excuses across multiple days to keep your job.
